【摘要】："賢能"是先秦時代的公共話題,各家都有自己獨到的見解。道家關于"賢能"問題的回應,有時表現出強烈的反感和否定,有時又表現出充分的贊許與肯定�；趯Φ赖略瓌t普遍性、個人能力有限性、政治行為有效性的懷疑,《老子》與《莊子》對于賢能救世的觀點表示出相當的警惕,甚至加以嘲諷;黃老道家既認識到個人能力的有限,又希望達到最大程度的政治效益,因此在維護君主權威的前提下,通過最高領導者的"無為"與"尊賢",以充分調動各種賢能之士(帝師與賢臣)的技術與能力,就成為黃老道家"賢能"認識的主要傾向。這種傾向與法家有相通之處。
[Abstract]:"Xian Neng" is a public topic in the pre-Qin period, and each of them has its own unique opinions. The response of Taoists to the question of "Xian Neng" sometimes shows strong antipathy and negation. On the basis of doubts about the universality of moral principles, the limitation of personal abilities, and the validity of political behavior, Laozi and Chuang Tzu expressed considerable vigilance about the idea that sages can save the world. Even ridiculed; the Huang-Lao Taoists realized that their personal abilities were limited and wanted to achieve the greatest political benefits, so they maintained the authority of the monarch. Through the supreme leader's "inaction" and "respect for the virtuous", to bring into full play the technology and ability of all kinds of virtuous and talented people (emperor, teacher and meritocracy), it has become the main tendency of the Huang-Lao Taoist school to recognize the "virtuous ability", and this tendency has something in common with the Legalist school.
