【摘要】：民生、民心是最大的基礎,順民心民意還是逆民心民意,成為王朝興衰成敗的檢驗標準。所以,圣賢力主治民者要戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)兢兢、如履薄冰,懷揣著一種對民的畏懼和敬仰,這樣才能確保國泰民安、江山無虞。
