【摘要】：將荀子與霍布斯的政治哲學(xué)作為研究對(duì)象,旨在通過(guò)比較分析的方法,以探討二者政治哲學(xué)的建構(gòu)邏輯為視角,力圖為構(gòu)建一種和諧穩(wěn)定的政治秩序提供參照。荀子與霍布斯的政治哲學(xué)是中西方政治哲學(xué)史上所共有的珍貴遺產(chǎn),二人雖然屬于不同時(shí)代和不同地域的哲學(xué)家,關(guān)注的問(wèn)題表象也有著千差萬(wàn)別,然而在本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵上,二人在政治哲學(xué)的建構(gòu)上卻有著驚人的相似。其一,在政治哲學(xué)的目的論方面,荀子與霍布斯都致力于建設(shè)一個(gè)和諧有序的政治國(guó)家,荀子想要通過(guò)“圣王政體”實(shí)現(xiàn)“明群使分”的社會(huì)理想,霍布斯想要通過(guò)“君主政體”的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)“和平和諧”的社會(huì)理想,二者在政治哲學(xué)的目的論契合是因?yàn)橄嗨频纳鐣?huì)歷史背景;其二,在政治哲學(xué)的人性論方面,荀子和霍布斯都是從唯物主義的宇宙論前提推演出相似的人性論學(xué)說(shuō),其契合點(diǎn)在于荀子從“性惡”、“性樸”、“化性起偽”的觀點(diǎn),霍布斯從人的“自然狀態(tài)”出發(fā)探討了實(shí)行政治管理的必要性和可能性。其三,在政治哲學(xué)的方法論方面,荀子和霍布斯存在著分野與融合,荀子采用的是自上而下的“隆禮重法”和“圣王政體”的建構(gòu)路徑,霍布斯采用的是自下而上的“社會(huì)契約”和“君主政體”的建構(gòu)路徑。從目的論、人性論、方法論三方面出發(fā)重構(gòu)荀子與霍布斯的政治哲學(xué),二者雖然有所不同,卻又殊途同歸。荀子與霍布斯在歷史上均存在著嚴(yán)重的爭(zhēng)議,重新評(píng)估二人在政治哲學(xué)思想上發(fā)展的價(jià)值,為和諧社會(huì)的理想秩序建設(shè)尋找理論基礎(chǔ),為當(dāng)今和諧穩(wěn)定的政治秩序的建設(shè)提供智力支持,是本文的目的。
[Abstract]:Taking the political philosophy of Xunzi and Hobbes as the object of study, the purpose of this paper is to explore the constructive logic of the political philosophy of Xunzi and Hobbes from the perspective of comparative analysis. Xunzi and Hobbes' political philosophy is a precious heritage in the history of Chinese and Western political philosophy. Although they belong to philosophers of different times and different regions, their concerns are different in appearance, but in essence, they are surprisingly similar in the construction of political philosophy. In the aspect of teleology of political philosophy, both Xunzi and Hobbes are committed to building a harmonious and orderly political country. Xunzi wants to realize the social ideal of "dividing the Ming and the masses" through the "Holy King regime". Hobbes wants to realize the social ideal of "peace and harmony" through the way of "monarchy", because of the similar social and historical background. Secondly, in the aspect of the theory of human nature of political philosophy, Xunzi and Hobbes deduce the similar theory of human nature from the premise of materialistic cosmology, and the common point lies in Xunzi's "evil of nature" and "simplicity of nature". Hobbes discusses the necessity and possibility of carrying out political management from the point of view of "natural state" of human beings. Thirdly, it discusses the methodology of political philosophy. Xunzi and Hobbes have a separation and fusion, and Xunzi adopts the construction path of "Longli heavy Law" and "Holy King regime" from top to bottom. Hobbes adopts the way of constructing "social contract" and "monarchy" from bottom to top, and reconstructs Xunzi and Hobbes' political philosophy from three aspects: teleology, human nature and methodology. Xunzi and Hobbes had serious disputes in history and reassessed their value in the development of political philosophy. The purpose of this paper is to find a theoretical basis for the construction of ideal order in a harmonious society and to provide intellectual support for the construction of a harmonious and stable political order.
