非編碼RNA在胃癌發(fā)生發(fā)展及胃癌微環(huán)境TAM中的作用及機制研究

第一部分Snord105b在胃癌組織、胃癌患者血清及胃癌細胞系中的表達目的:研究snord105b在胃癌組織、胃癌患者血清及胃癌細胞系中的表達水平,并分析胃癌組織中snord105b的表達水平與胃癌患者臨床病理參數(shù)的相關(guān)性。方法:1應用RT-qPCR法檢測胃癌組織及相應癌旁正常組織中snord105b的表達水平,并分析snord105b的表達水平與胃癌患者臨床病理參數(shù)的相關(guān)性。2應用RT-q PCR法檢測胃癌患者和正常獻血者血清中snord105b的表達水平。3應用RT-PCR和RT-qPCR法檢測胃癌細胞系中snord105b的表達水平。結(jié)果:1.RT-qPCR方法分析結(jié)果顯示,與相應正常胃粘膜組織相比,胃癌組織中snord105b表達上調(diào),其表達水平與患者腫瘤大小、分化程度和TNM分期呈正相關(guān)(P<0.05)。2.RT-qPCR方法分析結(jié)果顯示,與正常獻血者相比,胃癌患者血清中snord105b表達上調(diào)(P<0.05)。3.RT-qPCR和RT-PCR方法分析結(jié)果顯示,與正常胃上皮永生化細胞(immortalized normal gastric epithelial ...
