【摘要】：鉑類化療藥物是治療多種惡性腫瘤的基礎(chǔ)用藥,在非小細(xì)胞肺癌中,鉑類聯(lián)合其他藥物仍是治療的主要方案,早期效果顯著。隨著療程進(jìn)展,腫瘤細(xì)胞對(duì)化療藥物產(chǎn)生耐藥是影響療效和預(yù)后的重要因素,其耐藥機(jī)制復(fù)雜,如膜蛋白表達(dá)異常、DNA修復(fù)功能增強(qiáng)、凋亡調(diào)控機(jī)制異常、細(xì)胞解毒功能增強(qiáng)等。本文總結(jié)了肺癌細(xì)胞鉑類耐藥的一些主要機(jī)制,以期幫助開發(fā)新的靶點(diǎn)類似物或抑制劑,與鉑類藥物聯(lián)合使用提高療效。
[Abstract]:Platinum chemotherapeutic drugs are the basic drugs for the treatment of many kinds of malignant tumors. Platinum combined with other drugs is still the main treatment scheme in non-small cell lung cancer, and the early effect is remarkable. With the progress of the course of treatment, the drug resistance of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs is an important factor affecting the curative effect and prognosis, and its drug resistance mechanism is complex, such as abnormal expression of membrane protein, enhanced DNA repair function, abnormal apoptosis regulation mechanism, enhanced cell detoxification function and so on. In this paper, some main mechanisms of platinum resistance in lung cancer cells were summarized in order to help develop new target analogues or inhibitors and combine with platinum drugs to improve the curative effect.
