WT1突變與急性髓系白血病預后關系的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的采用Meta分析的方法總結近十年WT1突變與急性髓系白血病(AML)預后的關系。方法檢索PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫,英文檢索詞為"WT1 mutation"和"Acute Myeloid Leukemia",檢索中國知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(WanFang),中文檢索詞為"WT1突變""急性髓系白血病",檢索時間為2006年1月1日至2015年12月31日。結果本研究共納入5篇英文文獻,樣本量共計1 488例。Meta分析結果表明,在總體AML中WT1野生組與突變組相比完全緩解率(CR)(RR=0.91,95%CI:0.81~1.04,P=0.16)和復發(fā)率(RR)(RR=1.30,95%CI:0.74~2.26,P=0.36)差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,但在CK-AML中的CR(RR=0.86,95%CI:0.75~0.98,P=0.03)及總體AML中的總生存期(OS)(HR=1.77,95%CI:1.05~2.99,P=0.03)差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義。結論目前Meta分析結果表明WT1突變對AML患者尤其CK-AML患者的預后有一定的影響。由于受納入文獻數(shù)量的限制,仍需納入更多的樣本,以得到更加明確的WT1突變對于AML患者預后的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the relationship between WT1 mutation and (AML) prognosis in acute myeloid leukemia by Meta analysis. Methods the PubMed database was searched with the English search words "WT1 mutation" and "Acute Myeloid Leukemia". The Chinese search words of (WanFang), were "WT1 mutation" and "acute myeloid leukemia" from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2015. Results A total of 5 English literatures were included in this study. Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in complete remission rate (CR) (RR=0.91,95%CI:0.81~1.04,P=0.16) and recurrence rate (RR) (RR=1.30,95%CI:0.74~2.26,P=0.36) between WT1 wild group and mutant group, but CR (RR=0.86,95%CI:0.75~0.98,) in CK-AML.
