嵌合抗原受體修飾T細(xì)胞在腫瘤免疫治療中的策略

【摘要】:正手術(shù)、化療和放療是治療腫瘤的傳統(tǒng)方法,但大部分情況下患者都不能獲得理想的療效。近年來,嵌合抗原受體修飾T細(xì)胞通過基因工程,賦予T細(xì)胞腫瘤靶向性、更強(qiáng)的殺傷活性和持久的生命力,并取得較好的臨床療效。然而,脫靶效應(yīng)、細(xì)胞因子風(fēng)暴等毒性效應(yīng)卻極大地限制了CAR-T細(xì)胞技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。本文就提高CAR-T細(xì)胞在治療惡性腫瘤臨床療效方面進(jìn)行如下綜述。1 CAR-T細(xì)胞的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)展歷程
[Abstract]:Orthopedic surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are traditional methods for the treatment of tumors, but in most cases patients can not achieve ideal results. In recent years, chimeric antigen receptor modified T cells have been genetically modified to give T cells tumor targeting, stronger killing activity and lasting vitality, and achieved good clinical efficacy. However, the off-target effect, cytokine storm and other toxic effects greatly limit the application of CAR-T cell technology.
