【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代中期,寡轉(zhuǎn)移的概念首次被提出,它是惡性腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中存在的一種中間狀態(tài),是腫瘤生物侵襲性較溫和的時(shí)期,介于局限性原發(fā)灶與廣泛性轉(zhuǎn)移之間的過(guò)渡階段,其轉(zhuǎn)移灶的數(shù)目有限并且具有轉(zhuǎn)移器官的特異性。寡轉(zhuǎn)移的治療方法包括放射治療、手術(shù)、射頻消融等局部治療;同時(shí)也可考慮是否需要聯(lián)合全身治療。正確認(rèn)識(shí)腫瘤寡轉(zhuǎn)移及其治療將改變傳統(tǒng)治療惡性腫瘤的思維觀念,也可為部分晚期腫瘤患者帶來(lái)治愈的可能。
[Abstract]:In the mid-1990s, the concept of oligometastasis was put forward for the first time. It is an intermediate state in the process of malignant tumor metastasis. It is a mild period of tumor bioinvasiveness. It is a transitional stage between localized primary focus and extensive metastasis. The number of metastases is limited and has the specificity of metastasis organs. The treatment of oligometastasis includes radiotherapy, surgery, radiofrequency ablation and other local treatments, and the need for combined systemic therapy can also be considered. A correct understanding of tumor oligometastasis and its treatment will change the traditional thinking concept of the treatment of malignant tumors, and can also bring the possibility of cure for some patients with advanced tumors.
