【摘要】：目的本研究探討對于乳腺癌根治術(shù)后需行放療患者,放療過程中乳腺托架的使用對肺受照射體積的影響。方法按照乳腺癌術(shù)后輔助放療的指征進(jìn)行布野,應(yīng)用大孔徑模擬CT定位機(jī)掃描同一患者處于不同乳腺托架角度(0°、15°)下,進(jìn)行CT影像數(shù)據(jù)采集,計(jì)算出不同角度下鎖骨上野6MV-X射線所穿射的肺臟體積的變化。結(jié)果體位15°時(shí)肺尖受照體積顯著大于體位0°時(shí)肺尖受照體積,兩者存在明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論合適的乳腺托架角度,可有效減少肺尖受X射線照射體積。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of breast bracket on lung irradiation volume in patients undergoing radiotherapy after radical mastectomy. Methods according to the indication of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy for breast cancer, a large aperture simulated CT locator was used to scan the same patient at different breast bracket angles (0 擄, 15 擄) to collect the data of CT image. The changes of lung volume through 6MV-X ray of supraclavicular field at different angles were calculated. Results the exposure volume of lung tip at 15 擄position was significantly larger than that at 0 擄position, and there was a significant difference between them (P0.05). Conclusion the proper angle of breast bracket can effectively reduce the volume of X-ray exposure to lung tip.
