【摘要】：目的探討CD47在三陰型乳腺癌(triple negative breast carcinoma,TNBC)中的表達(dá)及其與臨床病理特征的相關(guān)性。方法運(yùn)用組織芯片結(jié)合免疫組化Bond Polymer Refine Detection法對(duì)185例TNBC及35例非三陰型乳腺癌(non-triple negative breast carcinoma,NTNBC)進(jìn)行染色,觀察CD47在TNBC中的表達(dá),分析其與各臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 TNBC腫瘤細(xì)胞CD47的表達(dá)均高于NTNBC,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。TNBC腫瘤細(xì)胞CD47陽性率為52.3%,與臨床分期(P0.05)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移/遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移(P0.05)和脈管侵犯(P0.05)密切相關(guān)。結(jié)論 CD47表達(dá)與TNBC的臨床分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移/遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移和脈管侵犯有相關(guān)性,可以作為預(yù)后評(píng)判指標(biāo),也是潛在的免疫治療靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of CD47 in (triple negative breast carcinoma,TNBC and its correlation with clinicopathological features. Methods 185 cases of TNBC and 35 cases of non-tri-negative breast cancer (non-triple negative breast carcinoma,NTNBC) were stained with tissue microarray and immunohistochemical Bond Polymer Refine Detection method. The expression of CD47 in TNBC was observed and the relationship between the expression of CD47 and the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results the expression of CD47 in tumor cells of TNBC was significantly higher than that in NTNBC, (P0.05). The positive rate of CD47 in tumor cells of). TNBC was 52.3%, which was significantly higher than that in clinical stage (P0.05). Lymph node metastasis / distant metastasis (P0.05) and vascular invasion (P0.05) were closely related. Conclusion the expression of CD47 is correlated with the clinical stage of TNBC, lymph node metastasis / distant metastasis and vascular invasion. It can be used as a prognostic index and a potential immunotherapy target.
