【摘要】：目的觀察小牛脾提取物注射液聯(lián)合奈達(dá)鉑和足葉乙甙化療治療小細(xì)胞肺癌(SCLC)的療效。方法 76例SCLC患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組38例,治療組給予小牛脾提取物注射液聯(lián)合奈達(dá)鉑和足葉乙甙治療,對(duì)照組給予奈達(dá)鉑和足葉乙甙治療,21 d為1個(gè)周期,每2個(gè)周期治療后進(jìn)行治療情況全面評(píng)價(jià),比較兩組的治療臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)及臨床表現(xiàn);觀察患者治療前后外周血的T細(xì)胞亞群、血清白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-2、轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子(TGF)-β1濃度。結(jié)果治療組和對(duì)照組的客觀緩解率無明顯差異(P0.05);治療組的白細(xì)胞減少、血小板減少、惡心嘔吐發(fā)生率均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組的CD4+、CD56+陽性細(xì)胞百分率和CD4/CD8比值同對(duì)照組比較有顯著升高(P0.05);治療組治療后血清IL-2濃度較治療前顯著升高(P0.05),血清TGF-β1濃度顯著降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論小牛脾提取物注射液聯(lián)合化療有良好客觀緩解率,改善患者的免疫功能,減輕化療的不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of calf splenic extract injection combined with neidplatin and etoposide chemotherapy on small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods Seventy-six patients with SCLC were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). The treatment group was treated with Niedaplatin and etoposide, while the control group was treated with neidplatin and etoposide for a period of 21 days. After every 2 cycles of treatment, comprehensive evaluation of the treatment situation, compared the two groups of the treatment of clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and clinical manifestations; The levels of T cell subsets, serum interleukin (IL)-2 and transforming growth factor (TGF)-尾 1 were observed before and after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in the objective remission rate between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05), while the incidence of leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The percentage of CD4, CD56 positive cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). In the treatment group, the serum IL-2 level was significantly higher than that before treatment (P0.05), and the serum TGF- 尾 1 level was significantly decreased (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of calf spleen extract injection and chemotherapy has a good objective remission rate, improves the immune function of the patients, and alleviates the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
