胃癌病理特征與HIF-1α和VEGF mRNA表達水平的關(guān)系

【摘要】：目的：探討胃癌病理特征與HIF-la和VEGF mRNA表達水平的關(guān)系方法：采集67例胃癌病人術(shù)前的胃鏡標本,采用半定量RT-PCR的方法檢測胃癌組織及周圍正常組織中的HIF-la和VEGF mRNA的表達水平。HIF-1α和VEGF mRNA的表達水平的評價采用癌組織(tumor)和正常組織(normal)的增值比例來表示。同時對所有胃癌患者臨床病理特征進行回顧性分析。結(jié)果：HIF-1α mRNA的表達中,癌組織高于正常組織,并其T/N值與胃癌的淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移、遠處轉(zhuǎn)移、分期呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與胃癌分化程度呈無統(tǒng)計學相關(guān)性(p0.05)。VEGF mRNA的表達同樣是癌組織高于正常組織,其T/N值與淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移和遠處轉(zhuǎn)移呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與胃癌分化程度呈無統(tǒng)計學相關(guān)性(p0.05)。結(jié)論：HIF-1α和VEGF mRNA表達水平越高的胃癌侵襲性越強。通過對胃癌的胃鏡活檢標本行RT-PCR檢測HIF-1α和VEGF mRNA表達水平可以對胃癌的侵襲性進行術(shù)前評估。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between pathological features of gastric cancer and the expression of HIF-la and VEGF mRNA. The expression of HIF-la and VEGF mRNA in gastric carcinoma and surrounding normal tissues was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR, and the expression of HIF-1 偽 and VEGF mRNA was evaluated by the ratio of (tumor) and (normal). The clinicopathological features of all patients with gastric cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results: the expression of HIF-1 偽 mRNA in cancer tissue was higher than that in normal tissue, and the T / N value was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and staging of gastric cancer (P0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of p0. 05). VEGF mRNA and the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer (p0. 05). VEGF mRNA expression was higher than that of normal tissue, and the T / N value was positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis and distant metastasis (P0.05). There was no statistical correlation with the differentiation of gastric cancer (p0.05). Conclusion: the higher the expression of HIF-1 偽 and VEGF mRNA, the stronger the invasion of gastric cancer. The expression of HIF-1 偽 and VEGF mRNA in gastric cancer specimens were detected by RT-PCR, and the invasiveness of gastric cancer could be evaluated before operation.
