Cullin-RING E3泛素連接酶及其抑制劑在腫瘤治療中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】：Cullin-RING泛素連接酶(cullin-r ING ligase,CRL)是人體內(nèi)數(shù)量最多的一類泛素連接酶的統(tǒng)稱,由cullin蛋白、RING蛋白及底物識(shí)別亞基組成。它們通過(guò)與數(shù)百種底物相互作用,形成數(shù)量龐大的CRL復(fù)合體并調(diào)控細(xì)胞內(nèi)蛋白分子的泛素化降解過(guò)程。作者對(duì)CRL及其抑制劑在腫瘤治療中的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Cullin-RING ubiquitin ligase (cullin-r ING ligase,CRL), which is composed of cullin protein, RING protein and substrate recognition subunit, is the most abundant ubiquitin ligase in human body. By interacting with hundreds of substrates, they form a large number of CRL complexes and regulate the degradation of Ubiquitin molecules in cells. This paper reviews the research progress of CRL and its inhibitors in tumor therapy.
