EHD2在非小細(xì)胞肺癌中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義

【摘要】：目的研究EHD家族蛋白2(EHD2)在非小細(xì)胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表達(dá)及其與患者臨床病理特征和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法本研究采用蛋白印跡實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測(cè)4對(duì)新鮮的NSCLC組織和癌旁組織中的表達(dá),應(yīng)用免疫組化法檢測(cè)91例NSCLC組織中EHD2與Ki-67的表達(dá),并分析其與臨床參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,及EHD2與NSCLC患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果蛋白印跡實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示EHD2在4對(duì)NSCLC癌組織中低表達(dá),在癌旁組織中高表達(dá);免疫組化結(jié)果表明EHD2的表達(dá)在分化好的癌組織中表達(dá)比分化差的組織高,其趨勢(shì)與Ki-67的表達(dá)相反。NSCLC中EHD2與組織學(xué)分化、p TNM分期、腫瘤大小、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移以及Ki-67密切相關(guān);EHD2低表達(dá)與NSCLC患者的不良預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。結(jié)論 EHD2表達(dá)異�？赡芘cNSCLC的發(fā)生發(fā)展關(guān)系密切;EHD2可作為判斷NSCLC預(yù)后的指標(biāo),并可作為治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of EHD family protein 2 (EHD2) in (NSCLC) and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with NSCLC. Methods the expression of EHD2 and Ki-67 in 4 pairs of fresh NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by Western blot. The expression of EHD2 and Ki-67 in 91 cases of NSCLC was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expression of EHD2 and clinical parameters was analyzed. And the relationship between EHD2 and prognosis of NSCLC patients. Results Western blot analysis showed that the expression of EHD2 was low in 4 pairs of NSCLC carcinomas and overexpressed in adjacent tissues. The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of EHD2 was higher in well-differentiated tissues than in poorly differentiated tissues, and the trend was opposite to that of Ki-67. The expression of EHD2 in NSCLC was associated with histological differentiation of, p TNM stage and tumor size. Lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 were closely related. The low expression of EHD2 is closely related to the poor prognosis of NSCLC patients. Conclusion the abnormal expression of EHD2 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC, and EHD2 can be used as a prognostic indicator of NSCLC and a potential target for treatment.
