【摘要】：目的：分析利用Hughes法對(duì)下瞼腫瘤切除術(shù)后患者眼瞼缺損的重建效果。方法：回顧性系列病例研究。對(duì)浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第二醫(yī)院眼科中心2011年11月至2015年12月間收治的10例眼瞼腫瘤患者(其中男性5例,女性5例)行下瞼腫瘤切除術(shù)聯(lián)合Hughes法眼瞼重建術(shù),術(shù)后進(jìn)行隨訪,評(píng)價(jià)其手術(shù)治療效果。結(jié)果：共有10例患者(年齡58歲～75歲)10只眼,隨訪3至52個(gè)月。10例患者的術(shù)后病理診斷中8例為基底細(xì)胞癌,1例為瞼板腺癌,1例為鱗狀細(xì)胞癌。所有患者隨訪期內(nèi)均未發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)及轉(zhuǎn)移,重建后的眼瞼形態(tài)良好、功能正常,2例患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)瞼緣紅斑的情況,未見其他術(shù)后并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論：利用Hughes法修復(fù)下瞼腫瘤切除術(shù)后眼瞼瞼缺損,可獲得理想的功能及外觀效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the reconstruction effect of eyelid defect after lower eyelid tumor resection by Hughes. Methods: a series of retrospective case studies. From November 2011 to December 2015, 10 patients (5 male and 5 female) with eyelid tumor were treated in the Eye Center of the second affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College. The patients underwent lower eyelid tumor resection combined with Hughes method of eyelid reconstruction. To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment. Results: a total of 10 eyes (58 ~ 75 years old) were followed up for 3 to 52 months. Of the 10 patients, 8 were basal cell carcinoma, 1 was meibomian adenocarcinoma and 1 was squamous cell carcinoma. No recurrence or metastasis of the tumor was found in all patients, and the reconstructed eyelid had good shape and normal function. There were no other postoperative complications in 2 patients with erythema palpebri. Conclusion: Hughes method can be used to repair eyelid defect after lower eyelid tumor resection.
