LINE-1編碼的逆轉(zhuǎn)錄酶在腫瘤形成過(guò)程中的作用
[Abstract]:Retrotransposon LINE-1 is the largest transposon family in the human genome, with about 500,000 copies, accounting for 17 percent of the total human genome. It is also the only transposon in the human genome with autonomous transposon. The reverse transcriptase encoded by LINE-1 is necessary for LINE-1 transposition. Recent studies have shown that the enzyme plays an important role in pathological and physiological processes, including tumor formation. Inhibiting the activity of the enzyme can block the progress of tumor development, restore the differentiation of tumor cells and change the transcriptional spectrum of tumor cells. In this paper, according to the research progress of LINE-1 encoded reverse transcriptase in recent years, the role of this enzyme in tumorigenesis through the regulation of non-coding RNA transcriptome spectrum is introduced. In order to provide some clues for the early diagnosis of tumor and the development of anti-tumor drugs.
