【摘要】：目的分析某省級腫瘤�？漆t(yī)院子宮頸惡性腫瘤患者住院費用的變動情況及變化趨勢,為合理控制腫瘤病人住院費用提供量化的評價依據(jù)及有意義的參考。方法運用回歸分析進行分析。結(jié)果回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡、住院日、是否有并發(fā)癥、是否使用醫(yī)保、是否化療、是否放療、是否手術(shù)對住院費用都有顯著影響。結(jié)論應(yīng)有效降低住院日,開展子宮頸癌的早期篩查,切實降低患者的疾病負擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes and trends of hospitalization expenses of patients with cervical cancer in a provincial cancer hospital, and to provide a quantitative evaluation basis and a meaningful reference for the reasonable control of hospitalization costs of cancer patients. Methods regression analysis was used. Results the results of regression analysis showed that age, length of stay, complications, use of medical insurance, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery had significant effects on the cost of hospitalization. Conclusion the hospitalization days should be reduced effectively, the early screening of cervical cancer should be carried out, and the disease burden of patients should be reduced.
