【摘要】：目的:探究低劑量螺旋CT肺癌篩查的臨床效果。探究低劑量螺旋肺癌篩查的臨床效果。方法:將我院2016年7月至2017年7月腫瘤科檢查的將我院1520例肺癌高�；颊弋斪饔^察對象,根據(jù)檢查方式不同分為對照組(給予胸部X線檢查)、觀察組(給予低劑量螺旋CT檢查)各760例,對比兩組檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果:觀察組的檢出率(14.87%)、診斷敏感性(90.57%)、陰性預測值(98.45%)明顯高于對照組(9.08%、71.95%、96.09%),組間比較有統(tǒng)計學差異,P0.05。。結(jié)論:對肺癌高�；颊哒归_低劑量螺旋CT檢查,結(jié)果優(yōu)于胸部X線檢查,對此值得臨床應用與推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of low-dose spiral CT screening for lung cancer. To explore the clinical effect of low dose spiral lung cancer screening. Methods: from July 2016 to July 2017, 1520 patients with high risk of lung cancer were divided into control group (chest X ray examination). There were 760 cases of low-dose spiral CT in each group, and the results were compared between the two groups. Results: the detection rate (14.87%), diagnostic sensitivity (90.57%) and negative predictive value (98.45%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (9.080.95%, 96.09%). P0.05.. Conclusion: low dose spiral CT is better than chest X-ray examination in high risk patients with lung cancer. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
