【摘要】：目的研究胃癌合并幽門螺桿菌L型(Hp-L)感染患者促黑激素釋放抑制因子(MIF)、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶9(MMP-9)表達變化及其與血清炎癥因子的關(guān)系。方法用免疫組織化學法檢測50例胃癌患者(觀察組)和50例健康志愿者(對照組)胃組織中MIF與MMP-9的表達,用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測白細胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6在兩組受試者血清中的水平,并用革蘭染色鏡檢兩組受試者胃組織中的Hp感染情況。結(jié)果觀察組中Hp-L感染陽性者有38例,感染率為76.00%,明顯高于對照組12例(24.00%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。觀察組胃組織中MIF、MMP-9的表達強于對照組,同時合并Hp-L感染陽性者組織中MIF、MMP-9的表達強于Hp-L感染陰性者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。觀察組患者血清IL-1β、IL-6的濃度高于對照組,合并Hp-L感染陽性者IL-1β、IL-6的濃度高于Hp-L感染陰性者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 MIF、MMP-9、IL-1β、IL-6與胃癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān),其機制也與Hp-L感染有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of melanocyte releasing inhibitor (MIF), matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in patients with gastric cancer complicated with Helicobacter pylori L type (Hp-L) infection and its relationship with serum inflammatory factors. Methods the expressions of MIF and MMP-9 in gastric tissues of 50 patients with gastric cancer (observation group) and 50 healthy volunteers (control group) were detected by immunohistochemical method, and interleukin (IL) 1 尾 (IL 1 尾) was detected by (ELISA) with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The level of IL-6 in the serum of the two groups and the Hp infection in gastric tissue of the two groups were examined by Gram staining. Results in the observation group, 38 cases were positive for Hp-L infection, and the infection rate was 76.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (24.00%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The expression of MIF,MMP-9 in gastric tissues of the observation group was stronger than that in the control group, and the expression of MIF,MMP-9 in the patients with positive Hp-L infection was stronger than that in the patients with negative Hp-L infection (P0.01). The serum levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-6 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the concentrations of IL-1 尾 and IL-6 in the patients with positive Hp-L infection were higher than those in the patients with Hp-L infection negative (P0.01). Conclusion MIF,MMP-9,IL-1 尾 and IL-6 are related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and its mechanism is also related to Hp-L infection.
