TIM-3在胃癌腫瘤浸潤γδT細胞與NK細胞中的表達及其臨床意義
[Abstract]:The expression rate of T cell immunoglobulin and mucin molecule 3 (T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain containing molecules 3 TIM-3 in innate immune cells (緯 未 T cells and NK cells) of patients with gastric cancer was detected. To investigate its relationship with clinicopathological features and median progressive survival time (progress free survival,PFS). 26 cases of gastric cancer with complete clinicopathological data were collected. The expression rate of TIM-3 in gastric cancer tissues, peripheral blood 緯 未 T cells and NK cells was detected by flow cytometry, and the correlation with clinicopathological factors and median PFS was analyzed. The results showed that TIM-3 was expressed on 緯 未 T cells in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues, but there was no significant difference in the expression rate of TIM-3 on 緯 未 T cells between the two types of tissues (P0. 074). The expression level of 緯 未 T cells was significantly higher than that of 緯 未 T cells (P0.001). The expression rate of TIM-3 in peripheral blood NK cells was higher than that in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues (P0.001), and the expression rate of TIM-3 in peripheral blood NK cells was significantly higher than that in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues (P0.001). There was no significant difference between cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue (P0. 097). NK cell TIM-3 expression was correlated with the depth of tumor invasion and TNM stage (P0. 01), respectively), but there was no significant difference between P0. 001 and paracancerous tissues (P0. 097). The expression rate of TIM-3 in 緯 未 T cells was related to the TNM stage (P0.01). The median PFS of patients with lower TIM-3 expression in 緯 未 T cells and NK cells was longer than that in patients with higher TIM-3 expression rate (P0.014). It suggests that TIM-3 plays an important role in the progression of gastric cancer.
