【摘要】：腸道細菌與人類的健康息息相關,與癌癥的發(fā)生、發(fā)展與治療也有著復雜的關系。較多研究顯示,腸道菌群與胃腸道腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有密切的關系。隨著研究的深入,研究者們逐漸發(fā)現(xiàn),腸道菌群在肝癌、胰腺癌、黑色素瘤、血液系統(tǒng)腫瘤、乳腺癌等腸道外腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、治療中也扮演著重要的角色,成為近年來的研究新熱點。本文將綜述腸道菌群與多種腸道外腫瘤關系的最新研究進展。
[Abstract]:Intestinal bacteria are closely related to human health, and have a complex relationship with the occurrence, development and treatment of cancer. Many studies have shown that the intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal tumors. As the study progressed, researchers gradually found that intestinal flora also played an important role in the development, development and treatment of extraintestinal tumors such as liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, melanoma, hematological tumors, breast cancer, etc. It has become a new research hotspot in recent years. This article will review the latest research progress on the relationship between intestinal flora and many kinds of extraintestinal tumors.
