【摘要】：正患者男,19歲,2016年9月8日主因"后枕部疼痛半年余"入院,觸碰枕部時(shí)出現(xiàn)刺痛感。入院后行影像學(xué)檢查提示枕頂骨交界處病變,累及上矢狀竇,考慮良性骨腫瘤�；颊哌M(jìn)行了手術(shù)治療。術(shù)中見(jiàn)顱骨呈蟲(chóng)蝕樣改變,病變下方硬膜有較多新生血管,質(zhì)地較硬,異常增厚,枕頂部顱骨血運(yùn)較豐富。術(shù)后患者頭痛癥狀緩解。大體組織觀察可見(jiàn)頂枕部送檢組織為硬腦
[Abstract]:The patient, 19 years old, was admitted to hospital with occipital pain for more than half a year on September 8, 2016. Imaging examination showed that the occipital-parietal junction involved the superior sagittal sinus and considered benign bone tumor. The patient underwent surgical treatment. During the operation, the skull showed wormlike changes, there were more new vessels in the dura dural beneath the lesion, the texture was hard, the thickness was abnormal, and the blood flow of the skull at the top of the occipital was abundant. The headache symptoms were relieved after operation. Gross tissue observation showed that the parietal occipital tissue was hard brain.
