【摘要】：目的探討結(jié)直腸癌患者外周血可溶性白細胞介素-2受體(sIL-2R)和白細胞介素(IL)-6水平變化與患者生活質(zhì)量和臨床預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法選擇結(jié)直腸癌患者86例為結(jié)直腸癌組,另選擇同期健康體檢者47例為對照組,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定兩組sIL-2R和IL-6水平,分析sIL-2R和IL-6水平與結(jié)直腸癌患者臨床資料、術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量及臨床預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果結(jié)直腸癌組外周血sIL-2R和IL-6水平顯著高于對照組(P0.05);外周血sIL-2R和IL-6水平與結(jié)直腸癌患者的年齡、性別、腫瘤大小、腫瘤位置、分化程度無關(guān)(P0.05);有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者sIL-2R和IL-6水平顯著高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者,TNF分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者sIL-2R和IL-6水平顯著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者(P0.05);sIL-2R和IL-6高水平組健康狀況調(diào)查問卷(SF-36)評分、終點事件發(fā)生率與sIL-2R和IL-6低水平組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 sIL-2R和IL-6在結(jié)直腸癌患者中呈高水平表達,其表達水平與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移情況和臨床分期有關(guān),高水平IL-2R和IL-6者術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量較低,臨床預(yù)后較差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) and interleukin-6 (IL) -6) in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer and their quality of life and clinical prognosis. Methods 86 patients with colorectal cancer and 47 healthy controls were selected as control group. The levels of sIL-2R and IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), and the clinical data of sIL-2R and IL-6 were analyzed.
