【摘要】：目的探討Dkk-3與Cyclin D1蛋白在肝細(xì)胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)和癌旁組織中的表達(dá),及兩者表達(dá)與臨床病理特征的相關(guān)性。方法采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)80例HCC及癌旁組織中Dkk-3和Cyclin D1蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 Dkk-3蛋白在HCC組織中的相對(duì)表達(dá)值低于癌旁組織(P0.05);Cyclin D1蛋白在HCC組織中的相對(duì)表達(dá)值高于癌旁組織(P0.005);Dkk-3和Cyclin D1蛋白相對(duì)表達(dá)值均與組織分化程度有關(guān)(P均0.05);HCC組織中Dkk-3與Cyclin D1蛋白表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P=0.044,rs=-0.226)。結(jié)論 Dkk-3蛋白可能通過影響Cyclin D1蛋白的表達(dá)影響HCC的發(fā)生、發(fā)展;聯(lián)合檢測(cè)Dkk-3和Cyclin D1蛋白表達(dá)可能對(duì)HCC的診斷及預(yù)后判斷有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of Dkk-3 and Cyclin D1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (hepatocellular) and adjacent tissues, and the correlation between the expression and clinicopathological features. Methods the expression of Dkk-3 and Cyclin D1 protein in 80 cases of HCC and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results the relative expression of Dkk-3 protein in HCC tissues was lower than that in paracancerous tissues (P0.05). The relative expression of Cyclin D1 protein in HCC tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P0.005) Dkk-3 and Cyclin D1 proteins. There was a negative correlation between the expression of Dkk-3 and Cyclin D1 protein (P < 0.044). Conclusion the expression of Dkk-3 protein may affect the pathogenesis and development of HCC by affecting the expression of Cyclin D1 protein, and the combined detection of Dkk-3 and Cyclin D1 proteins may be of some reference value in the diagnosis and prognosis of HCC.
