【摘要】：正子宮肌瘤是育齡期女性常見的子宮良性腫瘤,妊娠合并子宮肌瘤的發(fā)病率約為0.1%~3.9%~([1])。妊娠合并子宮肌瘤常見的并發(fā)癥包括流產(chǎn)、早產(chǎn)、胎膜早破(PROM)、未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)、阻塞產(chǎn)道、產(chǎn)后出血及變性~([2-3])。子宮肌瘤妊娠期間多發(fā)生紅色變性及透明樣變,變性、壞死、感染亦好發(fā)于產(chǎn)褥期。本文報(bào)道1例剖宮產(chǎn)
[Abstract]:Positive uterine leiomyoma is a common benign tumor of uterus in women of childbearing age. The incidence of pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma is about 0.1 ~ 3.9 ~ (1). Common complications of pregnancy with uterine leiomyoma include abortion, premature delivery, premature rupture of membranes, (PPROM), obstruction of the birth canal, postpartum hemorrhage and degeneration ~ (2-3). Uterine leiomyoma during pregnancy more red degeneration and hyaline degeneration, necrosis, infection also occurred in the puerperium. A case of cesarean section is reported.
