MAT1A、MAT2A、SAMe在肝內(nèi)膽管癌組織中的表達(dá)和意義
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of MAT1A- mati2An2A- SAMe in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Methods: partial liver lobectomy was performed in Wuhu second people's Hospital and Yiji Mountain Hospital from January 26 to March 29, 2016.Methods: the patients were divided into two groups: the second people's Hospital of Wuhu City and the second people's Hospital of Wuhu City. The data of 60 cases of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and 86 cases of intrahepatic cholelithiasis were studied. Tissue microarray and immunohistochemical technique were used to compare the expression of MAT1Am2AMA-SAMe in observation group and control group, to analyze the correlation between the expression of different substances, to analyze the relationship between clinicopathological factors and substance expression in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. The patients in the observation group were followed up by telephone to calculate the postoperative survival time. Results: the expression of MAT1Anm2A protein in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05), but the content of SAMe protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but it was lower in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The positive correlation was found between the expression of MAT2A in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissues (P0.01), the expression of MAT1A in ICC tissues of patients with history of exploration of biliary tract was increased (P0.05), and the expression of MAT2A in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissues with different clinical stages was significantly higher than that in patients with biliary tract exploration history (P0.01). The expression of SAMe was different (P0.05) and the content of SAMe was different in ICC tissues with different differentiation (P0.05). The median survival time of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was 13 months. The 1 year survival rate was 53.10%, and the 2 year survival rate was 31.80%. Conclusion: the expression of MAT1Anm2A in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is lower than that in normal tissue. The changes of above indexes may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of intrahepatic bile duct epithelial cells.
