【摘要】：目的:探討晚期胃癌化療期間聯(lián)合腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)治療的價值。方法:本研究為前瞻性隨機研究。按NRS 2002營養(yǎng)風險量表篩選具有營養(yǎng)不良風險的62例不可手術(shù)的晚期胃癌病人隨機分為兩組。兩組病人均行奧沙利鉑聯(lián)合替吉奧化療,對照組(n=30)在化療的同時予營養(yǎng)咨詢;治療組(n=32)在化療的同時予安素腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)治療,所有病人在化療前和化療后行NRS 2002量表評估,觀察并記錄體重、體重指數(shù)、血清白蛋白,化療結(jié)束后評價化療療效與不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:化療結(jié)束后腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)組血清白蛋白水平、體重及體重指數(shù)明顯高于對照組(P0.05),兩組病人化療后不良反應(yīng)和化療療效差別無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)聯(lián)合化療可改善晚期胃癌病人的營養(yǎng)狀態(tài),降低營養(yǎng)不良風險。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of combined enteral nutrition during chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods: this study was a prospective randomized study. According to NRS 2002 nutritional risk scale, 62 patients with non-operative advanced gastric cancer with malnutrition risk were randomly divided into two groups. Two groups of patients were treated with oxaliplatin combined with tegugio chemotherapy, the control group (nf30) was treated with nutrition consultation while chemotherapy, the treatment group (nf32) was treated with enteral nutrition, and all patients were evaluated with NRS 2002 scale before and after chemotherapy. Body weight, body mass index, serum albumin, curative effect and adverse reaction were observed and recorded. Results: the levels of serum albumin, body weight and body mass index in enteral nutrition group after chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion: enteral nutrition combined with chemotherapy can improve the nutritional status and reduce the risk of malnutrition in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
