【摘要】：目的探討B(tài)ax、nm23蛋白在甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌的表達及臨床意義。方法應用免疫組化(Maxvision~(TM)/HRP免疫組化染色法)檢測70例甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌、70例甲狀腺腺瘤、62例癌旁甲狀腺正常組織中Bax、nm23蛋白的表達。結果甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌、甲狀腺腺瘤、癌旁甲狀腺正常組織中Bax蛋白陽性率依次為65.71%、52.86%、0;Bax蛋白在甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌、甲狀腺腺瘤中表達差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);其在甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌、癌旁甲狀腺正常組織中表達差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);其在甲狀腺腺瘤、癌旁甲狀腺正常組織中表達差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。其與年齡、性別無相關性(P0.05)。其與局部淋巴結轉移呈負相關(P0.01)。甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌、甲狀腺腺瘤、癌旁甲狀腺正常組織中nm23蛋白陽性率依次為72.86%、34.29%、24.19%;nm23蛋白在甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌、甲狀腺腺瘤中表達差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);其在甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌、癌旁甲狀腺正常組織中表達差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);其在甲狀腺腺瘤、癌旁甲狀腺正常組織中表達差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。其與年齡、性別無相關性(P0.05)。其與局部淋巴結轉移呈負相關(P=0.005),Bax和nm23蛋白表達在甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌中呈正相關性(P0.01)。結論 Bax、nm23蛋白表達與甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及局部淋巴結轉移相關,兩者聯(lián)合檢測對甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌輔助診斷及局部淋巴結轉移有指導意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical significance of Baxnm23 protein in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma. Methods the expression of Baxnm23 protein in 70 cases of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma and 70 cases of thyroid adenoma adjacent to normal thyroid tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry (Maxvision- ~ (TM) / HRP immunohistochemical staining). Results the positive rate of Bax protein in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and adjacent normal thyroid tissue was 65.71 and 52.860.The positive rate of Bax protein in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma was 65.71 and 52.860.The positive rate of Bax protein in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma was 52.86%. There was no significant difference in the expression of thyroid adenoma (P0.05); there was significant difference in the expression of thyroid adenoma in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma and adjacent normal thyroid tissue (P0.01). There was significant difference in the expression of normal thyroid tissues (P0.01). There was no correlation between age and sex (P0.05). It was negatively correlated with local lymph node metastasis (P0.01). The positive rates of nm23 protein in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma, thyroid adenoma, and adjacent normal thyroid tissue were 72.86 and 34.29, respectively, and 24.19nm23 protein was detected in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma. There were significant differences in the expression of thyroid adenoma (P0.01), in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma (P0.01) and in the adjacent normal thyroid tissue (P0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of paracancerous thyroid tissues (P0.05). There was no correlation between age and sex (P0.05). The expression of Bax and nm23 protein was negatively correlated with local lymph node metastasis (P0. 005) in thyroid micropapillary carcinoma (P0. 01). Conclusion the expression of Baxannm23 protein is related to the occurrence, development and local lymph node metastasis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma. The combined detection of Baxnm23 protein and Baxnm23 protein may be helpful in the diagnosis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma and local lymph node metastasis.
