【摘要】：目的探討腹腔鏡胃癌術(shù)后發(fā)生吻合口瘺與患者圍術(shù)期各項因素的關(guān)系。方法回顧性分析2011年3月至2015年10月我院胃腸外科收治的686例確診為胃癌,且行腹腔鏡輔助下胃癌根治術(shù)的患者的臨床資料,以及發(fā)生吻合口瘺的例數(shù),評價患者圍術(shù)期因素與術(shù)后發(fā)生吻合口瘺的關(guān)系。結(jié)果患者術(shù)前血清蛋白水平、合并糖尿病病史、TNM分期是腹腔鏡胃癌術(shù)后發(fā)生瘺的相關(guān)影響因素。結(jié)論圍手術(shù)積極給予患者營養(yǎng)支持、控制糖尿病患者血糖水平、術(shù)前評估腫瘤分期可以降低患者吻合口瘺的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between anastomotic fistula after laparoscopic gastric cancer and the perioperative factors. Methods a retrospective analysis of 686 cases of gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2015, and the clinical data of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy, as well as the number of cases of anastomotic fistula, were evaluated and the patients were evaluated. The relationship between perioperative factors and postoperative anastomotic fistula. Results the serum protein level, the history of diabetes and TNM staging are the related factors of postoperative fistula in the patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer. Conclusion the patients are actively given nutritional support to control the blood glucose level in the patients with diabetes, and the preoperative assessment of the tumor stage can reduce the patients.
