【摘要】：目的:探討青海大學附屬醫(yī)院惡性腫瘤住院患者的疾病構成及其變化,為當?shù)啬[瘤防治和研究提供依據(jù)。方法:從青海大學附屬醫(yī)院醫(yī)學信息科以及病案管理處調取2012年1月1日~2014年12月31日間有病理診斷依據(jù)的惡性腫瘤住院患者10425例,所有患者均為住院病人,對于多次重復住院的患者,只收集其中一次出院信息。將全部患者的數(shù)據(jù)信息逐個輸入Excel表格作為原始數(shù)據(jù)保存,并進行分類匯總。通過SPSS20.0統(tǒng)計軟件對性別、年齡、民族、出院診斷四部分數(shù)據(jù)資料進行統(tǒng)計學分析,單因素分析采用卡方檢驗。結果:2012~2014年前10位惡性腫瘤依次為胃癌(20.27%)、肺癌(11.96%)、乳腺癌(8.81%)、肝癌(8.11%)、食管癌(6.48%)、直腸癌(5.47%)、宮頸癌(4.68%)、結腸癌(3.40%)、甲狀腺癌(2.80%)、淋巴瘤(2.75%),共計7790例(74.73%);男女性別之比為1.25:l;40~80歲之間的這部分群體是主要的患病群體;癌癥在少數(shù)民族與漢族的分布上存在較大差異。結論:1.2012~2014年青海大學附屬醫(yī)院前10位惡性腫瘤依次為胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、食管癌、直腸癌、宮頸癌、結腸癌、甲狀腺癌、淋巴瘤。2.中年人以及老年人是青海主要患病群體。3.不同的腫瘤類型性別、年齡和民族方面各不相同。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the disease composition and its changes of malignant tumor inpatients in Qinghai University affiliated Hospital, so as to provide evidence for local cancer prevention and research. Methods: from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014, 10425 patients with malignant tumor were collected from the Medical Information Department of the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and the Medical record Management Office. All the patients were hospitalized. For multiple repeated hospitalizations, only one discharge information was collected. The data of all patients were input into Excel form one by one as raw data, and classified and summarized. The data of sex, age, nationality and discharge diagnosis were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software. The single factor analysis was chi-square test. Results the top 10 malignant tumors in the first 10 years from 2012 to 2014 were gastric carcinoma 20.27m, lung cancer 11.96m, breast cancer 8.81, liver cancer 8.1111, esophageal carcinoma 6.48th, rectal cancer 5.4745th, cervical cancer 4.68th, colon cancer 3.4040m, thyroid cancer 2.80,2.75, a total of 7790 cases, the sex ratio between men and women was 1.25: 4080. Part of the population is the main disease population; There are great differences in the distribution of cancer between ethnic minorities and Han nationality. Conclusion the top 10 malignant tumors in the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from 2012 to 2014 are gastric cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, rectal cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer, thyroid carcinoma and lymphoma. Middle-aged people and the elderly are the main population in Qinghai. 3. The sex, age and ethnicity of different tumor types vary.
