【摘要】：目的:采用隨機對照試驗,觀察自擬養(yǎng)金愈癌湯對非小細胞肺癌(NSCLC)氣陰兩虛型患者血清CEA及免疫功能等的影響,從而評價其臨床療效及用藥安全性,為該方劑的臨床應用提供可靠依據(jù)。方法:本研究共收錄符合納入標準的患者60例,隨機分為兩組,治療組30例采用自擬養(yǎng)金愈癌湯+TP化療方案、對照組30例采用單純TP化療方案,共給藥2個療程,每療程21天。試驗結束后比較兩組患者用藥前后血清CEA、中醫(yī)證候積分、KPS評分及免疫指標CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+的改善情況,以及用藥后的血常規(guī)和肝腎功情況。結果:1.治療組患者血清CEA水平下降更明顯,與對照組比較有差異(p0.05)。2.治療組患者主要中醫(yī)癥狀及體力狀況改善更明顯,與對照組比較有差異(p0.05)。3.治療組患者免疫指標CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+優(yōu)于對照組(p0.05)。4.治療組的白細胞、血小板、血紅蛋白水平優(yōu)于對照組(p0.05),而谷丙轉氨酶、谷草轉氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮水平與對照組無顯著差異(p0.05)。結論:1.自擬養(yǎng)金愈癌湯聯(lián)合TP化療能夠降低非小細胞肺癌患者血清CEA水平。2.自擬養(yǎng)金愈癌湯聯(lián)合TP化療能夠顯著改善非小細胞肺癌患者主要臨床癥狀和體力狀況,從而提高患者生存質量。3.自擬養(yǎng)金愈癌湯能一定程度上改善非小細胞肺癌患者化療后的免疫抑制狀態(tài),并對血象和肝腎功無不良影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of self-made jinjinyu cancer Decoction on serum CEA and immune function of patients with Qi and yin deficiency of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by randomized controlled trial, so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of drugs, and to provide reliable basis for the clinical application of this prescription. Methods: a total of 60 patients were included in this study. The machine was divided into two groups, and 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with the +TP chemotherapy regimen of self-made Jinyu Yin cancer soup, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with TP chemotherapy alone, and the 2 courses were given for 21 days each. After the trial, the serum CEA, TCM Syndrome score, KPS score and the immune index CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and the improvement of the CD4+/CD8+ were compared. Results of blood routine and liver and kidney work in the 1. treatment group, the decrease of serum CEA level was more obvious, compared with the control group (P0.05) the improvement of the main symptoms and physical conditions of the main Chinese medicine in the.2. treatment group was more obvious, and there was a difference between the control group and the control group (P0.05) the immune index of the patients in the.3. group was CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ was superior to the control group (P0.05).4. treatment. The white blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin levels in the treatment group were superior to those of the control group (P0.05), while the level of alanine aminotransferase, cereal transaminase, creatinine and urea nitrogen was not significantly different from that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. the self drawn up gold Yin Yin cancer soup combined with TP chemotherapy can reduce the serum CEA level of non small cell lung cancer patients with.2. self-made gold Yu cancer soup combined with TP chemotherapy. The main clinical symptoms and physical conditions of patients with non-small cell lung cancer can be significantly improved, thus improving the quality of life of the patients with.3. self-made Jinyu cancer soup can improve the immunosuppressive state of patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy, and have no adverse effects on Hemogram and liver and kidney work.
