【摘要】：目的冠蛋白(Coronins)家族通過調(diào)控肌動(dòng)蛋白生物網(wǎng)絡(luò),參與細(xì)胞運(yùn)動(dòng)等生物活動(dòng)。本研究介紹Coronins的基本情況,重點(diǎn)探究家族成員Coronin 1c參與侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移的機(jī)制,總結(jié)其在腫瘤中的研究進(jìn)展。方法應(yīng)用檢索Pubmed及CNKI期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索系統(tǒng),以"Coronin,冠蛋白"等為關(guān)鍵詞,檢索2016-11以前的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),共檢索到英文文獻(xiàn)362條,中文文獻(xiàn)24條。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)冠蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu),機(jī)制及臨床作用等;(2)Coronin 1c的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展。剔除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)除Coronin 1c之外的其他冠蛋白的相關(guān)研究;(2)Coronin 1c非腫瘤的相關(guān)研究。符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中文文獻(xiàn)12條,英文文獻(xiàn)79條,根據(jù)剔除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)剔除中文文獻(xiàn)12條,英文文獻(xiàn)63條,最后納入分析26篇文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果 Coronin 1c通過與Rac1和F-actin發(fā)生反應(yīng),作用于細(xì)胞骨架及其調(diào)節(jié)因子,調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞活動(dòng),從而影響腫瘤的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移。結(jié)論雖然Coronin 1c已在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域有了廣泛研究,但其對(duì)腫瘤領(lǐng)域,尤其是腫瘤的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移方面還存在很大的研究空間,需要進(jìn)一步研究其臨床相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to regulate actin biological network and participate in cell movement and other biological activities. In this study, the basic situation of Coronins was introduced, and the mechanism of family member Coronin 1c involved in invasion and metastasis was investigated, and the research progress of Coronin 1c in tumor was summarized. Methods the Pubmed and CNKI full-text database retrieval system was used to search the related literatures before 2016-11 with "Coronin, Crown protein" as the key words. A total of 362 articles in English and 24 articles in Chinese were retrieved. The structure, mechanism and clinical effect of corononin 1c were included in the study of Coronin 1c. A study on Coronin 1c other than Coronin 1c According to the inclusion criteria, 12 articles of Chinese literature, 79 articles of English literature, 12 articles of Chinese literature and 63 articles of English literature were excluded according to the exclusion criteria. At last, 26 articles were included in the analysis. Results Coronin 1c acted on the cytoskeleton and its regulatory factors by reacting with Rac1 and F-actin, and regulated cell activity, thus affecting the invasion and metastasis of tumor. Conclusion although Coronin 1c has been widely studied in the medical field, there is still a lot of room for research in the field of tumor, especially the invasion and metastasis of tumor, so it is necessary to further study the clinical relevance of Coronin 1c.
