【摘要】：正1臨床資料患兒女,2歲。出生后2天時(shí)被發(fā)現(xiàn)右手背虎口處腫明顯腫脹,按壓后可回彈,外院B超檢查示:右手背及手掌部淋巴管畸形。右手腫脹隨年齡增長(zhǎng)而逐漸增大,影響屈曲運(yùn)動(dòng)。發(fā)病以來(lái),患兒飲食、睡眠及精神可,未述手部疼痛及指端麻木等,也無(wú)手部感染及外傷史,家族無(wú)脈管瘤病史。體檢:發(fā)育正常,營(yíng)養(yǎng)良好,心肺腹部正常。皮膚科情況:右手掌近大魚(yú)際及手背虎口處腫脹明顯,皮膚顏色未見(jiàn)加深及缺失,也無(wú)明顯瘢痕、
[Abstract]:The clinical data were 2 years old. At 2 days after birth, it was found that the swelling in the mouth of the right dorsum of the hand was obvious and the swelling could be recovered after pressing. The abnormality of lymphatic vessels in the right back of the hand and the palm of the hand was found by B-ultrasound examination in the outer hospital. The swelling of the right hand gradually increased with age, affecting the flexion movement. Since the onset of the disease, the children's diet, sleep and mental ability, no pain in the hands and numbness of the fingertips, no history of hand infection and trauma, and no history of angioma in the family. Physical examination: normal development, good nutrition, normal heart, lung and abdomen. Dermatology: swelling of the right palm near the thenar and the back of the hand is obvious, the skin color is not deepened and missing, and there is no obvious scar.
