【摘要】：目的探討年齡、體重指數(shù)(BMI)與女性生育因素對乳腺密度的影響。方法對符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且自愿接受全數(shù)字乳腺X射線檢查的女性5 006例,依據(jù)第4版ACR BI-RADS分類系統(tǒng)對乳腺密度進行分型,分析年齡、BMI及女性生育因素與乳腺密度間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果乳腺密度在不同年齡段之間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。BMI、初潮年齡、持續(xù)時間、是否絕經(jīng)、孕次數(shù)、母乳喂養(yǎng)時間及活產(chǎn)數(shù)在4個乳腺密度類型間差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而月經(jīng)周期差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對乳腺密度有影響的因素進行Logistic分析顯示,只有年齡、BMI、是否絕經(jīng)、活產(chǎn)數(shù)及母乳喂養(yǎng)時間進入方程,對乳腺密度類型有影響作用。結(jié)論年齡、BMI、是否絕經(jīng)、活產(chǎn)數(shù)及母乳喂養(yǎng)時間對乳腺密度有不同程度影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of age, body mass index (BMI) and fertility factors on breast density. Methods the breast density of 5 006 women who met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily received full digital mammography was classified according to the fourth edition of ACR BI-RADS classification system. The relationship between age and birth factors and breast density was analyzed. Results there were significant differences in breast density among different age groups (P0.05. BMI. age of menarche, duration of menarche, menopause, number of pregnancy. There were significant differences in breast feeding time and number of live births among the four breast density types (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in menstrual cycle (P 0.05). Logistic analysis showed that only age, menopause, number of live births and breast-feeding time had an effect on the type of breast density. Conclusion BMI, menopause, number of live births and breast-feeding time have different effects on breast density.
