【摘要】：脈絡(luò)膜轉(zhuǎn)移癌是最常見的眼內(nèi)惡性腫瘤。在女性,原發(fā)灶多見于乳腺癌,其次為肺癌,男性患者,原發(fā)癌多見于肺癌。脈絡(luò)膜轉(zhuǎn)移癌好發(fā)于中老年人,發(fā)病年齡多為40-70歲,女性多于男性,左眼多于右眼。脈絡(luò)膜轉(zhuǎn)移癌患者眼部癥狀表現(xiàn)為視力下降、眼部疼痛,視野缺損、視物變形、眼前黑影、閃光感等。眼底表現(xiàn)為后極部均勻一致的灰黃色或黃白色類圓形、寬基底的無蒂實質(zhì)性隆起腫物,多伴滲出性視網(wǎng)膜脫離。脈絡(luò)膜轉(zhuǎn)移癌的診斷需要結(jié)合病史,臨床表現(xiàn)、輔助檢查,治療需要多學(xué)科聯(lián)合治療,主要包括全身治療和局部治療。脈絡(luò)膜轉(zhuǎn)移癌的治療旨在改善及保護(hù)視力,改善患者生活質(zhì)量。本文主要介紹了脈絡(luò)膜轉(zhuǎn)移癌的病因、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷及治療。
[Abstract]:Choroidal metastatic carcinoma is the most common intraocular malignant tumor. In women, primary lesions are more common in breast cancer, followed by lung cancer, male patients, primary cancer in lung cancer. Choroidal metastatic carcinoma is more common in the middle and old people, the age of onset is 40-70 years old, the female is more than the male, the left eye is more than the right eye. The ocular symptoms of patients with metastatic carcinoma of choroid include visual acuity, eye pain, visual field defect, visual deformation, dark shadow of the eyes, and flash sensation. The fundus of the eye showed a uniform yellowish or yellowish-white round posterior pole with a broad basal pedicle-free solid bulge with exudative retinal detachment. The diagnosis of choroidal metastatic carcinoma needs to be combined with history, clinical manifestation, adjuvant examination and treatment, including systemic treatment and local treatment. The treatment of choroidal metastatic carcinoma aims to improve and protect visual acuity and improve the quality of life of patients. This article introduces the etiology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of choroidal metastatic carcinoma.
