【摘要】：目的用Cox回歸法研究E-cadherin在結(jié)直腸癌中的表達(dá)及與患者預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。方法以本院收治的結(jié)直腸癌患者68例為研究對象,用免疫組織化學(xué)SP法檢測癌組織中E-cadherin的表達(dá)水平;同時(shí)應(yīng)用Cox回歸法對影響患者預(yù)后的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析,探討E-cadherin與患者生存期的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 E-cadherin在腸癌組織中的陽性率為39.7%(27/68例),缺失表達(dá)率為60.3%(41/68例)。Cox回歸分析顯示,結(jié)直腸癌預(yù)后與患者TNM分期(OR=4.11,95%CI:1.74~8.69,P0.05)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(OR=3.66,95%CI:1.23~5.89,P0.05)及E-cadherin陽性表達(dá)(OR=1.98,95%CI:1.41~6.45,P0.05)有關(guān);3年內(nèi)無疾病進(jìn)展生存率,E-cadherin陽性組為58.1%,陰性組為46.6%,陽性組顯著高于陰性組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論結(jié)直腸癌組織中E-cadherin陽性表達(dá)者預(yù)后較好,E-cadherin可作為結(jié)直腸癌預(yù)后獨(dú)立相關(guān)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of E-cadherin in colorectal cancer and its correlation with prognosis by Cox regression. Methods Sixty-eight patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital were studied. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin, and Cox regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting the prognosis of the patients. To explore the relationship between E-cadherin and survival time. Results the positive rate of E-cadherin in colorectal cancer tissues was 39.7%, and the deletion expression rate was 60.33% in 68 cases. The prognosis of colorectal cancer was related to the TNM stage (OR 4.1195 CI: 1.748.69 P0.05, lymph node metastasis: 1.236.89 P0.05) and the positive expression of E-cadherin, OR1.98-95CIW 1.416.45P0.05, the survival rate of disease free progression within 3 years was 58.1in positive group and 46.6in negative group, significantly higher in positive group than in negative group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the prognosis of patients with positive E-cadherin expression in colorectal carcinoma is good. E-cadherin may be an independent prognostic factor in colorectal cancer.
