【摘要】：目的了解不同糖代謝水平人群惡性腫瘤患病情況。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法,對(duì)20歲及以上當(dāng)?shù)爻Ｗ【用襁M(jìn)行糖尿病篩查。利用慢性病監(jiān)測(cè)信息系統(tǒng)和區(qū)域衛(wèi)生信息平臺(tái),回顧性收集惡性腫瘤患病信息。結(jié)果共調(diào)查10 504人,新檢出糖尿病702人,檢出率為6.68%;惡性腫瘤患病89人,患病率為8.47‰。正常血糖、糖尿病前期和糖尿病人群的惡性腫瘤患病率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。惡性腫瘤患者的空腹血糖平均為(5.14±0.65)mmol/L,糖耐量2 h血糖平均為(6.78±2.66)mmol/L。65歲及以上老年人惡性腫瘤患者的空腹血糖和糖耐量2 h血糖均高于20~64歲中青年人(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年人群是糖尿病和惡性腫瘤防治的重點(diǎn)人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of malignant tumor in people with different levels of glucose metabolism. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used to screen diabetes mellitus in residents aged 20 and above. Chronic disease surveillance information system and regional health information platform were used to collect malignant tumor information retrospectively.
