【摘要】：【目的】研究中國健康成年人α-L-巖藻糖苷酶(AFU)空間分布趨勢(shì)及其與地理因素之間的關(guān)系,為臨床制定AFU科學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供地域性依據(jù)�！痉椒ā渴占�2004-2015年全國66個(gè)市縣級(jí)單位測(cè)定的6 564例健康人AFU參考值,其中男性3 701例(56.4%)女性2 863例(46.3%),運(yùn)用信息含量法從22項(xiàng)地理因素中篩選出11項(xiàng)因素,并采用嶺回歸分析模擬出全國2322個(gè)市縣級(jí)單位的參考值,然后運(yùn)用地統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,分析AFU參考值在空間位置的分布特征�！窘Y(jié)果】我國2 322個(gè)市縣級(jí)單位健康成年人AFU參考值在空間上存在自相關(guān)特征,空間分布上呈現(xiàn)出東部高、西部低、北部高、南部低的空間分布趨勢(shì)。【結(jié)論】AFU參考值在空間上存在變異性,因此在臨床診斷中應(yīng)該考慮地域性差異。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to study the spatial distribution trend of alpha -L- fucosidase (AFU) and its relationship with geographical factors in Chinese healthy adults, and to provide regional basis for the clinical formulation of AFU scientific standards. [Methods] 6564 healthy people from 66 City county-level units were collected for 2004-2015 years, of which 3701 (56.4%) women were male. 2863 cases (46.3%), using the information content method to select 11 factors from 22 geographical factors, and use the ridge regression analysis to simulate the reference value of the country's 2322 City county-level units, and then use the land statistical analysis method to analyze the distribution characteristics of the AFU reference value in the space position. [results] 2322 City county-level units in China are healthy adults AFU. The reference values have autocorrelation features in space, and the spatial distribution shows the trend of spatial distribution of High East, low West, high north and low south. [Conclusion] AFU reference value exists variability in space, so regional differences should be considered in clinical diagnosis.
