【摘要】：目的探究鐵調(diào)素和白介素6的表達與急性白血病(AL)患兒貧血的相關(guān)性。方法選取2013年9月-2015年1月醫(yī)院小兒血液內(nèi)科收治的AL患兒30例為研究對象,按治療前及緩解后分為初治組與緩解組;同期選取于醫(yī)院體檢的健康兒童30例納入對照組;實驗應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)法檢測研究對象血清鐵調(diào)素及IL-6水平,應(yīng)用血液分析儀檢測研究對象血紅蛋白(Hb)水平;并分析AL患兒鐵調(diào)素與IL-6、Hb的相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)果急性白血病患兒初治組、緩解組與對照組血清鐵調(diào)素分別為(82.87±37.21)ng/mL、(50.55±33.46)ng/mL、(17.20±7.91)ng/mL;IL-6水平分別為(15.75±5.04)pg/mL、(10.89±3.96)pg/mL、(7.77±4.71)pg/mL;血紅蛋白的水平分別為(79.97±20.58)g/L、(109.6±20.66)g/L、(129.33±9.22)g/L;鐵調(diào)素、IL-6、血紅蛋白在各組間表達差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);初治組鐵調(diào)素與IL-6呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.709;P=0.000),鐵調(diào)素水平與Hb濃度呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.414;P=0.023)。結(jié)論 AL患兒鐵調(diào)素的表達與臨床貧血嚴重程度呈正相關(guān),而且貧血原因可能由于炎性因子所誘發(fā)的鐵調(diào)素的表達上調(diào)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of iron modulin and interleukin 6 and anemia in children with acute leukemia. Methods from September 2013 to January 2015, 30 children with AL were divided into primary treatment group and remission group according to their pre-treatment and post-remission period, and 30 healthy children who were examined in hospital at the same time were included in the control group. The serum levels of iron modulin and IL-6 were detected by Elisa, and the hemoglobin HB level was detected by blood analyzer, and the correlation between iron modulin and IL-6 Hb in children with AL was analyzed.
