【摘要】：肺癌是世界上最常見惡性腫瘤,也是引起腫瘤性死亡的主要原因。手術(shù)、化療和放療等傳統(tǒng)抗腫瘤手段在一定程度上達(dá)到瓶頸。近年來,免疫治療在惡性腫瘤治療領(lǐng)域中顯示出廣闊前景。腫瘤免疫原性低,不能引起機(jī)體足夠的抗腫瘤免疫,是腫瘤免疫逃逸機(jī)制之一。腫瘤疫苗是利用腫瘤細(xì)胞或腫瘤抗原物質(zhì)誘導(dǎo)機(jī)體的特異性細(xì)胞免疫和體液免疫反應(yīng),增強(qiáng)機(jī)體的抗癌能力,阻止腫瘤的生長、擴(kuò)散和復(fù)發(fā),以達(dá)到清除或控制腫瘤的目的。本文將系統(tǒng)總結(jié)近年來腫瘤疫苗在肺癌治療中的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the world and the main cause of cancer death. Traditional anti-tumor methods such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy have to some extent reached the bottleneck. In recent years, immunotherapy has shown a broad prospect in the field of malignant tumor treatment. The low immunogenicity of tumor can not induce sufficient anti-tumor immunity, which is one of the mechanisms of tumor immune escape. Tumor vaccine is to induce specific cellular and humoral immune responses by tumor cells or tumor antigen substances, enhance the body's anticancer ability, prevent tumor growth, diffusion and recurrence, in order to clear or control the tumor. In this paper, the progress of tumor vaccine in the treatment of lung cancer in recent years is summarized systematically.
