【摘要】：目的:探討我中心設(shè)計的親緣HLA單倍體相合非體外去T細胞外周血造血干細胞移植(RHNT-PSCT)治療成人急性淋巴細胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia ALL)的療效及其預(yù)后因素。方法:回顧性2005年7月至2015年6月在我院行RHNT-PSCT治療的成人ALL患者50例。其中2005年-2011年移植的患者有20例,2012年-2015年移植的有30例;男性26例,女性24例;處于第一次完全緩解期(the first remission CR1)42例,復(fù)發(fā)后再次獲得緩解者(≥CR2)8例;中位隨訪21.5月(2-126月)。結(jié)果:50例患者均獲得造血重建。中性粒細胞和血小板植入時間分別為:13d(9d-30d)、14d(10d-31d)。50例患者3年生存(OS)、無事件生存(EFS)、累計復(fù)發(fā)(CIR)、及非復(fù)發(fā)死亡(NRM)率分別為:63.3%、60%、29.4%、20.8%。2005年-2011年移植患者與2012年-2015年移植患者3年的OS、EFS、RR、NRM分別為:55%vs 74.1%、47.6 vs 74.1%、36%vs 24.3%、28.4%vs 14.1%,差別均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:我中心RHNT-PSCT治療模式是成人ALL有效的治療措施,2012年后我中心成人ALL的治療效果明顯提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy and prognostic factors of RHNT-PSCT designed by our center for the treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ACL) with HLA haploid and non-T cell free peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (RHNT-PSCT).
