3.0T磁共振質(zhì)子波譜成像評價吉西他濱聯(lián)合黃芪多糖注射液治療胰腺癌模型兔的研究

【摘要】:目的觀察3.0T磁共振質(zhì)子波譜成像評價吉西他濱聯(lián)合黃芪多糖注射液治療胰腺癌模型的效果。方法選取家兔60只成功制備胰腺癌模型,采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為治療1組、治療2組及對照組,每組20只。治療1組家兔給予尾靜脈注射多西他濱聯(lián)合黃芪多糖注射液,治療2組家兔給予尾靜脈注射多西他濱注射液,對照組家兔同期給予生理鹽水等量注射,共治療2周。對3組家兔同時行3.0T磁共振質(zhì)子波譜成像檢查,選擇單體素點分辨波譜(PRESS)序列,分析波譜成像中代謝物的表現(xiàn),比較3組家兔代謝物峰顯示率并計算膽固醇與不飽和脂肪酸的混合峰(Chol+Unsat)與脂肪峰(Lip)峰高的比值(Chol+Unsat/Lip)。結(jié)果 3組家兔磁共振質(zhì)子波譜成像主要代謝峰包括Lip峰、Chol+Unsat峰及膽堿峰(Cho),3組家兔Cho峰顯示率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);對照組(Chol+Unsat)/Lip值為0.316±0.125,治療1組(Chol+Unsat)/Lip值為0.224±0.095,治療2組(Chol+Unsat)/Lip值為0.267±0.101,治療1組、治療2組分別與對照組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療1組與治療2組比較,差異亦有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論吉西他濱聯(lián)合黃芪多糖注射液對胰腺癌模型具有較好的治療效果,采用3.0T磁共振質(zhì)子波譜成像可通過對代謝物波譜表現(xiàn)等指標(biāo)評估胰腺癌模型的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of gemcitabine combined with astragalus polysaccharide injection on pancreatic carcinoma model by 3.0T magnetic resonance proton spectrum imaging. Methods 60 rabbit models of pancreatic cancer were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (n = 20), treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). In the first group, doxitabine and astragalus polysaccharide injection were injected into the tail vein of the rabbits in the first group. The rabbits in the treatment group were given the doxitabine injection in the tail vein and the control group were given the same amount of normal saline for 2 weeks. Three groups of rabbits were examined by 3.0T magnetic resonance proton spectroscopy (MRI) simultaneously, and monomeric point-resolved spectral spectroscopy (PRESS) sequence was selected to analyze the metabolites in spectral imaging. The peak display rate of metabolites in the three groups was compared and the ratio of Chol Unsatt / lipid peak height of cholesterol and unsaturated fatty acids was calculated. Results the main metabolic peaks of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (PSRS) in the three groups included Lip peak Chol Unsat peak and choline peak Cho Cho group. The display rate of Cho peak was compared among the three groups. There was no significant difference in Unsat)/Lip between control group (0.316 鹵0.125), treatment group (0.224 鹵0.095), treatment group (0.267 鹵0.101), treatment group (group 1) and control group (P 0.05). The difference was also statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion gemcitabine combined with astragalus polysaccharide injection has a good therapeutic effect on pancreatic cancer model. Using 3.0T proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging, the therapeutic effect of pancreatic cancer model can be evaluated by the index of metabolite spectrum.
