【摘要】：神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤與抑郁癥同屬腦部疾病范疇,兩者之間存在著一定的相關(guān)性。在治療神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤過程中,常伴發(fā)抑郁癥,而抑郁癥的發(fā)生非常不利于神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的治療。通過檢索大量國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),有運(yùn)用抗抑郁藥治療或輔助性治療神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的報(bào)道,但其作用機(jī)制尚不明確。本文通過分析抑郁癥與神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的臨床特征、病理特征及中醫(yī)理論的關(guān)聯(lián)性,綜述了抗抑郁相關(guān)藥物防治神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展,旨在為膠質(zhì)瘤治療藥物篩選提供一定參考,為神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的防治提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Glioma and depression belong to the category of brain diseases, there is a certain correlation between them.In the treatment of glioma, often accompanied by depression, and depression is not conducive to the treatment of glioma.By searching a large number of literatures at home and abroad, it is found that there are reports of antidepressant therapy or adjuvant therapy for glioma, but the mechanism of action is still unclear.This article reviews the mechanism of antidepressant drugs in the prevention and treatment of glioma by analyzing the clinical characteristics, pathological characteristics and the correlation of TCM theory with depression.The aim is to provide some reference for the screening of glioma therapy drugs and a new idea for the prevention and treatment of glioma.
