【摘要】：通過計算機檢索EMBASE、PubMed、Cochrane Library、CNKI和萬方,同時檢索主要衛(wèi)生技術(shù)評估相關(guān)網(wǎng)站,日文數(shù)據(jù)庫主要是日本醫(yī)學中央雜志數(shù)據(jù)庫、CINII、J-STAGE以及相關(guān)網(wǎng)站。篩選文獻、提取資料和評價質(zhì)量后,根據(jù)再評價結(jié)果做出最終推薦意見和推薦強度。得出DVSS前列腺根治術(shù)在某些方面存在治療優(yōu)勢,但是DVSS治療前列腺根治術(shù)成本效果/效益推薦程度弱。
[Abstract]:EMBASECOchrane Library CNKI and Wanfang were searched by computer, and the main websites related to health technology evaluation were searched. The Japanese language database was CINIIJ-STAGE and related websites.After selecting the literature, extracting the data and evaluating the quality, the final recommendation and the recommended strength are made according to the re-evaluation results.It is concluded that DVSS radical prostatectomy has some advantages in some aspects, but the recommended degree of cost / benefit of DVSS is weak.
