【摘要】：目的:探討乙肝相關肝癌患者外周血單個核細胞及肝活檢組織CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8表達及其臨床意義。方法:用實時熒光定量PCR法檢測36例乙肝相關肝癌患者外周血PBMCs中CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8 mRNA水平;SP法檢測肝活檢組織CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8蛋白表達水平;化學發(fā)光免疫分析法檢測血清CRP水平,并對各指標進行相關性分析。結果:乙肝相關肝癌患者PBMCs中CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8 mRNA水平分別為(0.952 7±0.197 2)、(0.896 9±0.173 0)、(1.771 9±0.248 9),較正常對照組明顯升高,差異有統計學意義(P0.01)。SP結果提示,CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8的蛋白水平較對照組明顯升高(P0.05)。乙肝相關肝癌患者血清CRP水平與PBMC內CXCR1(r=0.54,P0.01)、CXCR2(r=0.49,P0.01)及CXCL8(r=0.63,P0.01)呈正相關。結論:乙肝相關肝癌患者外周血PBMCs及肝活檢組織CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8表達明顯升高,且與血清CRP呈正相關,推測CXCR1、CXCR2及CXCL8介導的信號轉導過程可能在乙肝相關肝癌發(fā)病過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,為肝癌免疫干擾治療提供新的靶點。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXCR1CXCR2 and CXCL8 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and liver biopsy tissues from patients with hepatitis B associated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods: the levels of CXCR1CXCR2 and CXCL8 mRNA in peripheral blood of 36 patients with Hepatitis B associated hepatocellular carcinoma were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method.
