【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)針刺結(jié)合麥粒灸聯(lián)合三階梯止痛法治療中重度癌性疼痛的臨床療效。方法將60例中重度癌性疼痛患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各30例,對(duì)照組按WHO三階梯止痛原則給予口服藥,觀察組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上予針刺結(jié)合麥粒灸治療,14 d為1個(gè)療程。治療前后患者采用疼痛數(shù)字評(píng)分(NRS)評(píng)定疼痛程度,記錄疼痛起效時(shí)間和鎮(zhèn)痛持續(xù)時(shí)間。結(jié)果治療前兩組NRS差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后兩組NRS均較治療前降低(P均0.05),且觀察組低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組疼痛起效時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組,鎮(zhèn)痛持續(xù)時(shí)間長于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。觀察組疼痛緩解總有效率為87%,高于對(duì)照組的70%(P0.05)。結(jié)論針刺結(jié)合麥粒灸聯(lián)合三階梯止痛法治療中重度癌性疼痛起效快、療效好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with granulated moxibustion combined with three steps analgesic method for moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods 60 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). The control group was given oral medicine according to the principle of WHO three-step analgesia. The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion with granulation for 14 days as a course of treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Before and after treatment, NRSs were used to assess the degree of pain, and the onset time and duration of pain were recorded.Results there was no significant difference in NRS between the two groups before treatment (P 0.05). The NRS of the two groups was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05).The onset time of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the duration of analgesia was longer than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was 87, higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with granulated moxibustion combined with three steps analgesic method is effective and effective in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain.
