【摘要】：目的探討白細胞介素-10(IL-10)、白細胞介素-17(IL-17)水平在乙型肝炎病毒相關性肝癌中的表達及其臨床價值。方法選取2013年8月-2016年9月醫(yī)院乙型肝炎病毒相關性肝癌患者104例作為研究組及同期健康體檢者104名為對照組,比較乙型肝炎病毒相關性肝癌患者肝癌組織和癌旁組織及健康人群正常肝組織IL-10、IL-17表達及甲胎蛋白含量等。結(jié)果 IL-10在肝癌組織、癌旁組織中mRNA水平表達分別為(0.472±0.050)Gapdh、(0.022±0.004)Gapdh,高于健康人群的(0.010±0.002)Gapdh,IL-17在肝癌組織、癌旁組織中mRNA水平表達分別為(0.620±.0.087)Gapdh、(0.024±0.005)Gapdh,高于健康人群的(0.011±0.004)Gapdh,肝癌組織高于癌旁組織,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),肝癌組織、癌旁組織中蛋白水平表達高于健康人群,肝癌組織高于癌旁組織,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);在肝癌細胞株BEL-7402、HepG2中的水平高于正常肝細胞HL-7702,BEL-7402高于HepG2,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);IL-10、IL-17在mRNA和蛋白水平表達與甲胎蛋白含量呈正相關性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 IL-10、IL-17高表達與乙型肝炎病毒相關性肝癌發(fā)生發(fā)展具有密切相關性,加強二者檢測與干預,有助于乙型肝炎病毒相關性肝癌的診斷與疾病治療,改善預后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical value of interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in patients with hepatitis B virus associated liver cancer. Methods 104 patients with hospital hepatitis B virus associated liver cancer from August 2013 to September 2016 were selected. As the study group and the same period of health examination 104 as the control group, To compare the expression of IL-10 IL-17 and alpha-fetoprotein in liver tissues of patients with Hepatitis B virus associated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), adjacent tissues and healthy people. Results the expression of IL-10 IL-17 and the content of alpha-fetoprotein were detected in HCC tissues. The expression of mRNA in paracancerous tissues was 0.472 鹵0.050 and 0.022 鹵0.004 respectively, which was higher than that in healthy controls (0.010 鹵0.002). The expression of mRNA in adjacent tissues was 0.620 鹵.0.087 Gapdh0.024 鹵0.005, higher than that in healthy controls (0.011 鹵0.004), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The expression of protein in paracancerous tissues was higher than that in healthy people, and that in HCC tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues. The level of IL-10 IL-17 in the hepatoma cell line BEL-7402 was higher than that in the normal hepatocyte HL-7702BEL-7402, and there was a positive correlation between the expression of IL-10 IL-17 in mRNA and protein levels and the content of alpha-fetoprotein (P0.055.Conclusion IL-10IL-17 is higher than that of normal hepatocyte HL-7702BEL-7402). It is closely related to the occurrence and development of Hepatitis B virus related liver cancer. Strengthening the detection and intervention is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B virus associated liver cancer and the improvement of prognosis.
