【摘要】：隨著影像技術(shù)的發(fā)展,高分辨率磁共振成像(HRMRI)以其高軟組織分辨率、高空間分辨率的特點逐漸受到人們的重視。HRMRI現(xiàn)已成為多學(xué)科團隊評估局部進展期直腸癌不可或缺的影像學(xué)方法。HRMRI可以對腫瘤進行準(zhǔn)確的術(shù)前局部分期,同時準(zhǔn)確評估相關(guān)不良預(yù)后因素,如環(huán)周切緣、壁外脈管侵犯、腫瘤位置等,有助于選擇合適的局部進展期直腸癌患者行新輔助治療,對僅需單純手術(shù)的患者可以避免過度治療,從而提高患者的預(yù)后及生命質(zhì)量。HRMRI還可以初步評估新輔助治療后的療效,為是否進一步行術(shù)前優(yōu)化治療提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of image technology, high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HRMRI) has its high soft tissue resolution. The characteristics of high spatial resolution have been paid more and more attention. HRMRI has become an indispensable imaging method for multi-disciplinary team to evaluate local advanced rectal cancer. HRMRI can perform accurate preoperative local staging of the tumor. At the same time, accurate evaluation of the associated adverse prognostic factors, such as circumferential margin, extramural vascular invasion, tumor location, etc., is helpful to select appropriate neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced rectal cancer patients. In order to improve the prognosis and quality of life, HRMRI can be used to evaluate the curative effect of neoadjuvant therapy, and to provide reference for further optimizing treatment before operation.
