【摘要】：目的分析婦科腫瘤患者術(shù)后感染的危險因素,為降低婦科腫瘤術(shù)后感染提供依據(jù)。方法選取2013年2月-2016年4月入院的婦科腫瘤患者122例,回顧性分析術(shù)后患者感染的部位、不同部位感染率及導(dǎo)致感染的危險因素。結(jié)果 122例患者中術(shù)后感染24例,感染率為19.67%,其中泌尿道感染12例占50.00%,呼吸道感染6例占25.00%,生殖道感染3例占12.50%,手術(shù)切口感染2例占8.33%,胃腸道感染1例占4.17%;年齡60歲、手術(shù)持續(xù)時間2h、合并糖尿病、開放式手術(shù)、術(shù)后未應(yīng)用抗菌藥物、術(shù)后留置導(dǎo)管的患者感染率分別為31.64%、38.64%、42.42%、26.67%、53.57%、24.18%,顯著高于年齡≤60歲、手術(shù)持續(xù)時間≤2h、不合并糖尿病、腹腔鏡手術(shù)、術(shù)后應(yīng)用抗菌藥物、不留置導(dǎo)管的患者感染率(14.94%、8.97%、11.24%、8.51%、9.57%、6.45%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論年齡偏大、手術(shù)持續(xù)時間過長、合并糖尿病、開放式手術(shù)、術(shù)后不應(yīng)用抗菌藥物和術(shù)后留置導(dǎo)管均是導(dǎo)致婦科腫瘤患者術(shù)后感染的重要危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the risk factors of postoperative infection in patients with gynecological neoplasms and to provide evidence for reducing postoperative infection of gynecological tumors. Methods 122 patients with gynecological tumors admitted from February 2013 to April 2016 were selected and the sites of postoperative infection were analyzed retrospectively. Results among 122 patients, 24 had postoperative infection. The infection rate was 19.67, including urinary tract infection in 12 cases, respiratory tract infection in 6 cases, genital tract infection in 3 cases, surgical incision infection in 2 cases and gastrointestinal tract infection in 1 case, in which 12 cases had urinary tract infection, 6 cases had respiratory tract infection, 12 cases had genital tract infection, and 1 case had gastrointestinal tract infection. The infection rate of patients without antibiotics after operation was 31.64 and 38.64, respectively. The infection rate was 42.42 and 26.67 respectively, which was significantly higher than that of age 鈮，
