【摘要】：筆者結(jié)合幾十年臨床探索,提出癌癥生存者管理的中國化/本土化問題:形式上傾向于以緊密團(tuán)體為主,廣泛吸納社會(huì)參與大協(xié)作;強(qiáng)調(diào)要做好頂層設(shè)計(jì),加強(qiáng)協(xié)同;及時(shí)且全程介入治療性教育;并認(rèn)為在中國,中醫(yī)藥學(xué)及康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)是癌癥生存者管理的主要力量。由于癌癥是多因素所誘發(fā),其之生存與康復(fù)受制諸多,因此亟需系統(tǒng)思維,不能就事論事。而且強(qiáng)調(diào)先從改變認(rèn)知切入,并令當(dāng)事人需遵循"知行合一",注重生活優(yōu)化細(xì)節(jié),持之以恒。此外,這是項(xiàng)涉及廣泛的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)工程,需善于發(fā)動(dòng)及借助社會(huì)力量,組成同盟軍,共襄盛舉。
[Abstract]:Combining with the clinical exploration for decades, the author puts forward the problem of localization of cancer survivors management in China: in form, it tends to focus on the close organization and extensively absorb the society to participate in the great cooperation, and emphasizes that the top level design should be done well, and the coordination should be strengthened. It is believed that in China, Chinese medicine and rehabilitation medicine are the main forces in the management of cancer survivors. Because cancer is induced by many factors, its survival and rehabilitation are limited, so it is in urgent need of systematic thinking. We should not deal with the subject matter. Moreover, we should start by changing our cognition, and make the parties follow the "unity of knowledge and practice", pay attention to the details of life optimization, and persevere. In addition, this is a social system project that involves a wide range of projects. Must be good at mobilizing and with the help of social forces, the formation of allied forces, to participate in the event.
